General terms: Any registered participant = The user. Administrators of www.preveda.sk and organizing committee = The operator.

2.5. The user may at any time request cancellation of registration by written (e-mail) notification of the operator, who will cancel the registration within 5 working days of receipt of the notification. The operator reserves the right to cancel the registration without notice.

2.6. The operator has the right to retain for an unlimited period user content on website, which will be publicly accessible (User contributions, user information, contact details, rating, comments, discussions, etc.). Operator gives the user unlimited and irrevocable agreement to the use of such user content without any charge, even after cancellation of registration. The operator may do User Content to redistribute and modify.

2.10. Operator is not responsible for user content on the website. The user have full responsibility for all your contributions and information. The user is also responsible for any damage caused by adding your content.
